I started a low carb keto diet this week i ve cut all sugar bread grains and just eating some veggies meats and cheese.

The only complaint i have about mfp is that you can t use the exact precents that you get from your keto calculations because they only allow you to use 5 increments which really isn t that big of a deal if you write down your actual numbers for carbs fat and protein because you will know whether you are over or under. Keto works like any other diet it will be successful if it makes it easier for you to hit your calorie goal. This is why using an app to track your goals and progress from weight loss to overall optimal health can be extremely helpful not only during the first stages but also during your whole keto journey.
From fast food addict to mindful eater. I naturally fell into the concept of mindful eating it takes 15 20 minutes for the food to hit your stomach so i started eating slower. For drinks i do coffee with cream i really can t do the butter in my coffe or oil or seltzer water and just plain water granted i am not counting the carbs i am really not eating anythng with reall carbs but i havent really lost any weight this week and i can. Other people need plenty of fiber or starchy carbs to feel full and some people have a tough time digesting fatty foods or simply don.
